I have a new installation of wpForo. The wpForo pages are found, but there's only a thick horizontal line where the content should be (along with the theme header and footer).

I enabled the "Turn WordPress to this forum board" option for troubleshooting purposes, and all the wpForo pages display and function as expected.

I also changed my theme to a simpler one (WordPress's "2022") in case there was any theme incompatibility, but the behavior is the same.

Has anyone had a similar issue?

@lorimaribu ,

It's possible that there might be a conflict with your current WordPress theme's CSS styles or that something went wrong during the wpForo installation. For further support, it would be helpful to provide our developers with admin access.

P.S. I'd also like to offer you a video tutorial about wpForo installation; it might assist you in resolving any issues on your own.

Thank you. I got it working, by doing a fresh install of wpForo -- and WordPress. Apparently uninstalling the plugin doesn't clean up the WP database -- the previous install's board and forum were still there upon re-install of the plugin. Fortunately, I'm just prototyping and didn't lose much by re-installing WordPress.

@lorimaribu

To clean up the database from wpForo content, you need to click the 'Uninstall' button.

Thank you. I likely hit 'Deactivate' and then 'Delete', which I see now is not equivalent to an uninstall.
