1 -Regarding the new page, it is available in English.
We tried to translate the title and descriptions without success.
It is not possible to translate the titles via the "phrases" tab in the WP Forum front-end.
Words to be translated do not appear in the edit areas.
We have: Recent activity timeline, all activities, alltime, and the large button: "Load more activities, etc."
2- We automatically receive an email after viewing this page, but everything is in English as well.
What can we do ?

Please specify what do you mean saying the "title and descriptions", the What's New page doesn't have any description. Are you referring the SEO meta tags?

No. It refers to the page title and all the buttons displayed on the page.
For example, Recent Activity Timeline (main title at the top left of the page), All activities (dropdown menu), Load more activities (bottom/end of the page).
And then all the actions (reacted to, voted, etc.).
All phrases can be very easly translated using wpForo Phrases. Yoou should add new phrase, the phrase key should be the exact english version, the phrase value should be translated version.
All phrases work in the same way, there is no difference. After adding the phrase please delete all kind of caches. Go to wpForo > Overview admin page and click the [Delete Phrase Cache] button.
Also, you can use the [Rebuild Phrases] if you have not added them yet.
