@spielo,

I'm sorry, but there is no way to do that. You should submit wpForo forum sitemap to Google Search Console and wait for the quick re-indexing of your topics.

For all they have the same problem, i use redirection plugin and it works well from old to new urls 🙂

Please specify what redirect plugin do you mean, and what kind of configuration you've done.
