is there any way to convert a snitz forum?

Snitz forum is based on MSSQL database, this is a totally different database engine. wpForo is based on MySQL, so there is no way to create a direct migration tool. We only recommend gConverter or ProfProjects services for such projects. They have already done hundreds of forum to wpForo migration projects with the best result.
