is there any way instead of making each ai task for a user, that one task e.g topic generator can be between a selected amount of users randomly, but selected within the same settings for specifying ai task user post

As you mentioned you can create as many tasks as you want and assign each task to certain user. There is no way to assign one task to multiple users for random selection. In our to-do lists we have an option to select a usergroups from which users will be selected randomly but this is not planned in next upcoming versions, it'll be there in one of the future stable versions.
