How can i remove the Forum Title from Browser Window Tab .

I am displaying a specific forum in a specific page with the help of Short code but now it change my page title to "Forum" kindly explain me how can i change the title from browser window tab. i am also sharing a screenshot with you.

I am using a Short code [wpforo item="forum" id="3"] for displaying specific forum in page but sidebar is displaying in it kindly tell me how can i remove the sidebar only from this page not from forum main page.
