I built a forum to accommodate technician needs files, there are some files that if we upload them to the forum, users can't download them such as .pdf .rar .txt files etc. I'm having complaints from customers because of this, can anyone give me a solution ADDON Or a plugin that can solve this problem?, or is there a setting in the forum to freely download what's in the forum ?
What exactly "users can't download" means? What is the exact issue? What is the error they get?

@dimalifragis You can't access it because I have set it up for VIP member accounts that can enter the sub forum
