I just prepare a discussion board with a special plugin. This plugin workes well with the installed Wordpress, but is not working in forum postings.

Here the plugin works very well:
https://www.deutsches-go-forum.de/test/

In this posting it does not work:
https://www.deutsches-go-forum.de/community/partien-probleme/wgo/#post-6

The shortcode is like that:
[wgo] https://www.deutsches-go-forum.de/wp-content/uploads/2025/10/cgc2016D.sgf [/wgo]

The plugin can be downloaded here:

http://www.hebsacker-verlag.de/download/wgo.zip

Of course, "Apply Shortcodes" is active.

@sofy That's a bit strage, because the Go, Baduk, Weiqi pluing is running quite well on this Wordpress website ( https://www.deutsches-go-forum.de/test/), but only not in wpForo froum postings ...
