We currently use BBpress over at singletrackworld.com and it's currently causing us serious performance issues. There's around 10 million topics/replies in there and even running our site on Wordpress VIP it's a constant struggle. We are looking at a migration to WPForo but we have some requirements that are important to us beyond the basic functionality of the forum. 

We currently use a plugin that uses BBpress for comments on our editorial stories. When we publish a post on our site it generates a BBpress topic with the title of the story. The topic is then used as the comments of the story. For us it is a very powerful tool to link the forum community to our editorial content. Without this simple plugin we find our forum community sit in their silo and don't tend to venture into our editorial space. In short it has contributed to a twofold increase in our editorial content engagement.

So, if we switch to WPForo is there an equaivalent addon to do the same?
