Thank you for sharing the forum. I'd recommend add paddings from the left and right sides, it'll look better. Just put the following CSS code in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Styles > admin page "Custom CSS Code" textarea:
#wpforo #wpforo-wrap .wpforo-main {
padding: 0 3%;
}
#wpforo #wpforo-wrap .wpforo-subtop {
padding: 0 3%;
}
In any case please don't forget to delete all caches and press CTRL+F5(twice) before checking.
