I've used it before, and it works well - haven't tried with wpForo, but my understanding is that it is the same as the logged in user cache in WP-Rock...
I stopped using Litespeed when I moved hosts - I'm now using an NGINX backend with WP-Rocket, and boy, does it FLY.
Unless WP Rocket has a SPECIAL support for wpForo, i highly doubt it updates correctly the forum topics, lists etc etc. @anonymous20 I can assure you ...

@Greggrz @anonymous20 isn't being snarky - he's simply pointing out that WordPress out of the box doesn't have any caching mechanisms.

@robert good point about the layout being lost to a degree - I thought this myself but styling is fairly limited with table layouts. I may change this...
