I deleted the cache plugin, and the settings of cache is as below.  -2020-01-12-20.56.45.png

Posting here takes 2 seconds to show up, but posting in my website takes more than 10 seconds..., By the way, I'm in Japan.

I have excluded wpforo page cache already in the cache plugin, and turn on the cache settings. But nothing changes.

I found that the posting here is slow too....

I set up the cache already!
