Good day, new here and wondering if there is a 2022 video tutorial that lasts longer than 8 minutes anywhere on the web which covers all the settings in detail for new users?

Not sure about a video but we have a Documentation: https://wpforo.com/docs/wpforo-v2/

If there would be any questions which the Documentation won't help with, you can create a new topic and ask them.

Also do testing, and search in wpForo community, lots of question which have been answered.
