Hello,Can you tell me if the attached files go to a specific folder or to wp-content/uploads like normal wordpress images? Also do these files get into the media library?

Attachments are stored in wp-content/uploads/wpforo/default_attachments/ directory and available in WordPress media library if the "Insert Forum Attachments to Media Library" option is enabled in Forums > Settings > Features Tab.
