It may take weeks or even month to get built-in sharing function. I'd recommend use WordPress social network sharing plugins. wpForo forums, topics and posts are loaded in WordPress pages and all Social sharing plugins can add sharing buttons on these pages. There will not be a forum post specific share option but you can share forum page (topic list) and topic page (post list).
