as far as I have understood so far, a function that users can block other users is not provided yet:

However, when translating phrases I now come across phrases like

Are you sure you want to unblock?

You have been blocked by this user.

Are you sure you want to block this user?

Block User

Question: 

Is this a future or a hidden feature?

Or do I have missed the feature so far? Then please tell me where I activate it 🙂
