What do you mean saying WPML compatible? Do you want to have separate forums for each language?
The wpForo Cross-posting addon is already done, we're planning to release it in 2-3 week.
Hi there Robert, regarding this point, I will say that I'm very much interested in translate the forum into another language, so I contacted WPML I asked it's possible, they replied this: Hi, yes, you can by using the bbPress plugin. Please learn more here, they sent me this link: so my question: is wpforo compatible with WPML? as you aware wpml is not free so always is better to make sure before buy.

wpForo is not compatible with WPML. WPML only supports post types. wpForo doesn't based on WordPress post types so there is no way to integrate those. We'll work on wpForo ML separate solution to allow users create different forums for different language based on current selected language. The current selected language can be performed by WPML as well. So when you change the site language using WPML language selector the wpForo will be also changed to according language.
