yes there is
go to your wordpress dashboard
forums, members fields
There is some tbs at the top, use "user fields manager" to edit, or make a new field.
Then press the profile page tab
From there you can add the fields you like and structure it how you want it to be structured.
Im not sure if this is a paid add on thing though.

I think the custom user field extension is used, could you please confirm me? If so, I will have to buy this extension to be able to customize that part, right?

So yer, it looks like its a paid add on.
The more of the add ons you buy at once, the cheaper they are. I think I bought them all for about $120. Well worth the money IMO. Wpforo is good on its own, but its next level with the added extras 😉
