I would like to take this opportunity to leave this reflection on giving admin access or not to a support that asks for it... Tell yourself that if I had not left this access, this problem would perhaps not have been found (it was the case by the way...), moreover I do not really see the risk in doing this, but hey it is another subject and I am already off topic.
