good day everyone, trust you are all doing good, I just noticed a difference in members statistics, the front end is showing 786 members, while the backend is reporting active members: 1111, inactive members:820 while total members: 1920

so if only the active members show at the front end, then what I am expecting is 1111 and not 786 (which I don't even know where it is coming from since it is not part of the statistics from the backend)

so I will like to know if there is something wrong somewhere and how to get it fixed.

thanks.

Hi @ayo365,

Please navigate to Dashboard > wpForo > Dashboard admin page, click on the  [Update Forums Statistic] and [Delete all Caches] buttons.

If you have some other cache plugins, please delete those plugins caches as well. Then press CTRL+F5 (twice) on the forum frontend before checking.
