Nameserver records returned by the parent servers are:

cdns.ovh.net. ['213.186.33.99'] (NO GLUE) [TTL=172800]
ns3081527.ip-147-135-254.eu. ['147.135.254.191'] (NO GLUE) [TTL=172800]

ERROR: One or more of your nameservers did not respond:
The ones that did not respond are:
213.186.33.99

I'm having issues lately accessing your site, so i had to check.

All is ok, just use VPN if such thing happens.

All hosting services can sometimes be unreachable for certain area. You can check the real status in some "Is website down" service.

Well not all hosting services are like that.
