wpForo 1.1.0 is 100% compatible with WordPress 4.7, the information is already updated.
Please don't change colors.css. All style options are located in Forums > Settings > Styles admin page. Just choose the Green style and save options. Then delete all caches twice and do Ctrl+F5 twice on forum page.
