Hello community.
More than a year ago I bought the licenses for 3 add-ons, I can use them in my forum but it is not possible to update them, currently this forum is going to change to another domain name. My question is: Can I transfer these 3 plugins to my new forum having already bought those plugins more than a year ago?

Ask on https://gvectors.com to reset the licenses, after that you can use them on the new domain.
