I'm using another wordpress plugin called jreviews. So my questions is will the activity user page show posts from jreviews plugin?

I think the wpForo Cross Posting addon will do this. If jreviews addon reviews are a simple custom post types then wpForo Cross Posting addon will add a admin setting box on the review edit screen to allow you cross-post it in forum as a new topic.
