Does something like this exist? Otherwise, I guess it's a feature request
Hide content in a thread (with spoiler text for example) and other forum members need to like or reply to the thread in order to see the spoiler content

It's not necessary to bump... There is no such feature in wpForo. I recommend to find some developer to create such a custom addon.
