Limited Support
Our team is currently on holiday, so support will be limited during this period. Response times may be slower than usual, and some inquiries may be delayed.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’ll resume our usual support by the end of August.
I feel that the Q&A layout is only for very specific goals. I like the extended layout (collapsed) for most other forums because it allowed for more discussion and interaction. The Q&A layout is great if your forum revolves around people asking specific questions, rather than looking to start a conversation.
I haven't publicly launched my forum yet (beta testing with a few members), but I'm using the Q&A layout for bug reports so that others can vote and have some influence on what topics I should prioritize. The rest of my forums are extended layout.
Do what makes sense to you 🙂
@VeganOstomy Sure it makes sense. And thanks for the reply.
In my case (a travel site/blog), i think will go with Q & A because ... there are already so many and big forums for general travel chat. Q & A is much less competition.
