Is there a way to add a list of words that would trigger a post being marked as 'Under Review' so that a moderator could see and approve it before it is posted?
Also is there a way to add a number of times a post is 'Reported' before it would trigger a post being marked as 'Under Review' so that a moderator could see and approve it before it is posted?

There is not such a feature yet, however, we'll take this into consideration for sure.
