Thank you for adding the quotes in the comments!
Please tell me how to make sure that quotes are not added to the main form for adding an answer (the form is open by default, it is more convenient for users) if the comment form is closed. Users make mistakes all the time.
Any fix in the code? I have quite a few such edits, so this is not a problem, when updating, I make changes manually.

wpForo Quotes have been improved in the last releases, please check the quote's functionality again. In the new version, if you press the quotes button after selecting a text, the quoted text appears in the opened form and not in the bottom Form.
