I just installed wpForo on Friday.
I set up some categories and forums. But I cannot post on any forum.
When I try to register on the community page> FORUMS>Register, reCAPTCHA shows:
"ERROR for site owner: Invalid key type"

Your instructions under Forums>Tools>Antispam instructed me to:
"reCAPTCHA API Keys (version 2, "I'm not a robot" checkbox)
To start using reCAPTCHA, you need to sign up for an API key pair for your site.
Register your site and get API keys here »"

I followed all the instructions and entered both the Site Key and the Secret Key.
I still get the "ERROR for site owner: Invalid key type"
I have tried twice.

What else do I need to do?

@steven,

It means either, the API key are not configured for correct domain for reCAPTCHA V2 and for Checkbox type, or you have other reCAPTCHA plugins which should be disabled. Also, make sure you insert the correct key in the correct field.

@robert
Thank you. I got it working now.
The link provided by wpForo on the Forums>Tools>Antispam instructions said it was a link for "reCAPTCHA API Keys (version 2, "I'm not a robot" checkbox".  But it was not. It defaults to v3 keys.
