recover deleted forum categories
hi I need help, I accidentally deleted categories and forums. how can i recover it.
please help immediately
I didn't delete the categories on the forum, just did some settings and I pressed the wrong button suddenly all the forum categories disappeared but I didn't delete them

DISABLE WP Super Cache from wpForo pages. NO caching for wpforo.
What settings did you change?

I changed category layout / use as category and suddenly I lost all my forum categories.
