Must be a byproduct of the HTML nature of wpforo ?

Control + V works fine.

Enter 1 blank line and then right-click, it works for me...

The first click inits rich editor, second click opens Paste option. When you typing it always will be available. Only the first click doesn't have this option. This is the TiniMCE rich editor loaded from WordPress API, this is not wpForo core part.

I can't get paste to show up in Chrome ever.
