I think it would be nice to add user roll in the replies:

Admin, Member, Guest [or Visitor], Moderator and so on like that:

This is the member reputation title, it can't be replaced. You can turn it off or we can add Usergroup under this title. This is already in our to-do and will be added in next 1.1.2 or in 1.1.3 version.
