Hello, I’m using wpForo version 2.4.8 on my website, but I’m experiencing an issue. When I click on Tools, it doesn’t load the icon in the top right just keeps spinning endlessly and nothing happens. Please see the attached screenshot. Thank you for your attention.

Please check for any console errors. You can do this by pressing F12 to open the developer tools, then, navigate to the console tab. After clicking the buttons, any errors will be displayed there.

If the Tools button isn’t working, check the browser console for errors, clear all caches, disable minification, and temporarily turn off other plugins to see if there’s a conflict.
