I just migrated from bbpress today with no big issues. Yay!

But I really don't like how the sidebar looks, all the widgets are crunched together. (Yes, I'm using full-width template.) Is there an easy way to set it to use my theme css instead, so it matches the normal sidebar on the rest of the site?

https://www.lawlessfrench.com/bonjour/ if you want to take a look.

Hi @lkl,

You should use a template with right sidebar, not the full width template. Then naviagte to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets admin page and remove all widgets from the wpForo Sidebar and use your theme sidebar.

Hi @robert thank you for responding. Sorry, I think my original message was confusing.

I don't want to use my normal sidebar on the forum - I want to use a forum specific sidebar (recent posts, etc). I have it set up with the widgets I want on the forum - I just need to know how to make it match my site's theme (colors, fonts, etc)

You also have several JS errors. Press F12, see them and fix them.

I can't see (without effort) your html source to help on this, since you have somehow disabled it (not a good thing to do in 2019).
