I ran into a problem. I gave the man forum administrator. But he can not get to the Developer Console, when you try to get into the section of the forum it throws your homepage WP console.

He can not get here. If you try to enter the forums section of his throws wp-admin

This user must be WordPress admin as well. Forums, Settings, Usergroups, Phrases and themes menus are only available for users who are administrator in WordPress and in Forum.
