An other idea is to include a warning in forum tools / debug. If advanced-cache.php exists and it greater than zero length.
BUT this approach also is far from perfect, since Fastest Cache for example doesn't use any advanced-cache.php file.
Every cache plugin uses its own setup, so i dunno.
