Just tested Wp Super Cache as suggested by Robert. But it doesn't work right with wpForo. I mean it doesn't refresh (clear & update) the forum pages.

Are you sure it works ?

Thanks

(right now the only caching plugin i trust is Comet Cache, it would be great if it was supported)

I took the liberty to ask LiteSpeed to support also wpForo.

Yeap. Right now the ONLY solution is to exclude the base page of wpForo in the cache plugin you use. OR use a really low TTL (cache lifetime) like 2-3 minutes, so everything is refreshed.
