Hello there,

I manage a WordPress site using wpForo. I'm encountering a fatal error that occurs consistently when a new user registers and logs in for the first time, immediately after clicking the confirmation link in the account activation email.

The error is the following:

Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: array_intersect(): Argument #1 ($array) must be of type array, null given in /wp-content/plugins/wpforo/includes/hooks.php:37
After refreshing the page, the error disappears and the user is properly logged in. However, this clearly disrupts the registration flow and causes confusion for new users.

Could you please let me know if this is a known issue, and whether a fix or recommended workaround is available?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi,

This issue will be fixed in the next version of the wpForo plugin.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

Do you have any idea of the release date?

Just to know if I would be able to try the latest version in my environment before mid-august or no 🙂

Thanks a lot,

Best,
