Hi,
In Admin note when I want to put a message to a specific group it does not work.
If a person belongs to group A and I want to send the message to group A: it works.
If a person belongs to the first group A and secondary group B and I want to send the message to group A: it works.
If a person belongs to the first group B and secondary group A and I want to send the message to group A: it does not work.
How to choose which group is first and which group is second?

wpForo Admin tool doesn't work by secondary usergroups. But we have added the function to our to-do list.

Other questions, how do we assign the first group to an account that is on several accounts.

A user is in 5 different groups (A,B,C..)
How to assign it the first group in B and not in A?
If Usergroup Synchronization is enabled, you need to change that user's User Role, and the User's Primary Usergroup would be changed by the synchronized Usergroup.
If your Usergroups are not synched with User Roles, you can change that current user's Primary Usergroup from the User's WordPress Profile page > Forum Profile Fields - wpForo
