so ofcourse i have transfered over the phpbb board to the wpforo borad everything on there ect and i have got a few members to sign in so they reset there passwords because they have to but now they telling me it keeps telling them there password if wrong and have to reset it everytime they log out any help ?

All works fine. We just registered a new user and successfully changed the password. You should not listen to some users and think it's a general issue. There is no any problem with the password reset function. It doesn't matter the user is migrated or just registered. You can test it yoursalfe.
You need some steps to check anyway.
1. Search that user (who has the problem) in Dashboard > Users admin page, edit the user and check both "User Role", then scroll down and check "Usergroup". Make sure he/she has correct user role and usergroup. Then save the data. And ask this user to reset their password again.
2. Remove the Match CAPTCHA plugin. This is not wpForo component, this comes from some plugin and this doesn't work at all:

i think i found it and disabled it could you check please as it dosnt show up for me, and ill see if the members still have a issue as most have always done the forgotten password so they all can log in just keeps telling them to to redo it once they log out and in, but hopfull just them lol
