[Closed] User Getting "Forbidden" Error

Users (more than one) are getting "forbidden" error when trying to post in forum. They are able to sign in but unable to post.

I whitelisted one of the ips: 86.184.113.159

They still have the problem.

I also verified this user's status and it's normal.

Can you help?
