I found 2 problems for the wpForo Addon User Custom Fields:

1. The minimum and maximum length cannot be the same. For instance, postal code needs to be exact 6 characters (4 numbers + 2 letters) but when settings minum and maximum length to 6 it saves it, but it does not save the maximum length, e.g. maximum length is empty. 
Only when saving different minimum and maximum length numbers, it saves the values.

2. When changing the minimum or maximum length, using the up and down arrow next to the field, the number keeps on scrolling and does not stop any more. Using Chrome.
