Is there a way to hide admins from members list and profiles?

@dimalifragis,

You can remove the Admin Usergroup Users from the Members List, By Display on Members List option in the Current Usergroup Settings.

But we don't have functionality that doesn't allow users to view certain Usergroup profiles.
