Is it by design or overlooked item?
Well, I can unlock the topic, edit and lock again.
That is fine when you have few member online, but once you have many more, it not so good.
I'm referring to my own messages as well as to members' replies.
Here is a situation - A debate is getting hot and members start trashing each other and using foul language.
I cannot monitor in real time, I join the conversation latter, lock the topic but at that point I cannot edit and I'll need to reopen in order to remove offending words.
Therefore, I think that admin and moderators should have the privilege to edit while topic is locked.
I was looking for an option in setup and did not find.
Thank you.
Thank you yossik!
I'll ask our team to add this in to-do list.
Found this thread through a google search and didn't find any other information on this topic, so I hope its okay if I revive this thread.
Is it still not possible for an admin to edit a closed thread? Or am I missing an option here?
