The layout/formatting just doesn't exist. I've tested plugin issues, css, cache...I'm not sure what the problem is. Please help

Hi @lisaz . It might be your current Wordpress Theme issue overriding the wpforo layout? To test this possibility, try activating a basic Wordpress Theme like, Wordpress "twenty-nineteen", or "Storefront"

Go to WP Dashboard > Appearance > Themes

then refresh your page on the front end (Control F5) and see if that brings back your wpForo with the wpForo format and layout. If you see the wpForo theme layout again, then it might be your current Wordpress Theme.
