Installed and activated wpforo.   When I select 'settings' I receive the message "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."  I checked my database, and all of the wp_foro tables are there.

I do not even see 'forums' in my dashboard.

I am logged in as the Wordpress administrator.  All other admin functions are working fine.

The page www.mysite.com/comminity works, except it is blank.

This is a usergroup issue.

Check in database the _wpforo_usergroups table and make sure it's not empty. If it's not empty, navigate to Dashboard > Users > Your Profile admin page, find the wpForo usergroup option and set it Admin.

Thank you for your quick response.  'Settings' now brings me to the forums dashboard. but the dashboard has none of the tabs I see in the documentation.  Under "Forums" on the WP dashboard menu, I am seeing only 4 items: Forums, Forums, Moderation, and Members.

Please leave some information about _wpforo_usergroups table and your usergroup in Your Profile admin page. What have you done and how many rows you see in _wpforo_usergroups table? You didn't replied to my post, you've left another post without any information.
