Some topic title is very long, I want to change some topic link to short form. Anyway to specify a link (url) to a topic instead of taking default one.

This is the link for each topic, not inside of the post.

it should be after .../community/...

Only in database. In _wpforo_topics table find the topic you'd like to change and edit the 'slug' field.
