So I've used WP Security for years and one of the things that it allows you to do is change the login page from the default wp-login.php to any URL you choose. However, I'm finding this does not play well with WPForo registration or password recovery. Is there anyway to make this mesh?

Hi @foodiemike2,
If you have custom Login/Register/Reset-password pages, you can set them for wpForo. Just use the according options in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Members Tab:
