Is there any way to make a form that has preset questions. all people need to do is answer them and it posts the form to the forum
(this would be used for staff application and other applications)
It would look something like the picture.ย

We're really sorry but wpForo doesn't have such functionality. Currently, we have plugin customization and custom addon development services at gVectors Team.
