so I did try wpForo Advanced Attachments Demo and uploaded attached picture there (original size is 2.06MB).

When I try to download, it's reduced to 174KB while reducing image size but maintaining same quality, which I believe it happened somewhere.

Does that conversion come with wpForo Advanced Attachments? or is that from other factor that affected this change?

If the conversion happened with wpForo Advanced Attachments or if I know other factor that affected this change, I am willing to purchase wpForo Advanced Attachments Addons.

The addon has the following two options:

Big Image Max Height
Big Image JPEG Quality

This behavior is correct as the two options are enabled.
